The Hornet is a Light Machine Gun exclusively for Tank. Prior to Ballistic Overkill, this used to be a semi automatic Sniper Rifle.
Strategies[]
- Due to it's long range, and high damage per shot this gun is best used at long range, which can be generally where a sniper would usually be.
- Due to this guns bad hipfire, and low mobility pairing it with a low spread high mobility gun like the Brigand or Blackhawk allows you to deal with someone trying to flank you, while letting you be more mobile.
